The Sales Manager is responsible for successfully booking profitable business within the assigned segments to annually achieve sales segmented revenue goals. This position will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with current clients and future business prospects.
In coordination with the F&B Manager, Sales Manager, and Executive Chef; develop and maintain flexible and attractive small event and meeting offerings. Receive Banquet and Event Orders from the Sales Manager and coordinate all staffing, equipment, materials and supplies to execute each request to Hotel Cerro standards and in accordance with our brand guide. Hands-on supervision of each scheduled event. Inventory and maintain all equipment and supplies efficiently operate the Pool Deck and the Olive Tree. In Coordination with the F&B Manager and the Sales Manager develop and maintain SOPs for the meetings and events program.
In coordination with the F&B Manager develop and maintain a dynamic, seasonal and accessible craft bar and beverage program in keeping with Hotel Cerro and Brasserie SLO branding guides. Relying on your experience of craft spirits and modern and classic cocktails, produce menus and recipes for the Brasserie bar, Lobby Lounge, Mission Fig Patio, Pool Deck, and special events. In Coordination with the F&B Manager develop and maintain SOPs for the bar and beverage program.
Oversee production within main kitchen and satellite pantries. Coordinate daily prep with Head Chef for restaurant and event venues. Organize prep lists and delegate as needed. Prepare daily specials. Quality checks all preparations for consistency and timeliness. Expedite daily services. Check inventory as needed, and/or complete vendor orders.
Bake off House Bread utilizing wood-fired oven, and/or convection ovens. Mix and ferment doughs according to kitchen formulas, divide and shape doughs when ready, cleanly and efficiently. Work along Wood Fired Oven station to complete prep lists and expedite pizza production during service.
Spa Cerro Supervisor assists in managing the Spa operations. Spa Supervisor directly reports to the Spa Manager.
Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction as well as for the financial results of the department with a focus on controlling the expenses and ensuring maximum room revenues are achieved.
The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception & retail area at the spa.
Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking guests into the computer system and charging for services performed and retail purchases.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities and assisting in providing personal guest service. Spa attendants are responsible for performing basic custodial services including keeping the locker room & relaxation lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.
The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests.
Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, and general knowledge of various body treatments- scrubs and wraps. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
The Esthetician administers professional facials, body treatments and waxing services to our guests. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the skincare and body care. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
