Move to your next course with your choice of Butternut Squash & Sage Soup made with brown butter, nutmeg, and crispy sage, or opt for a Duo of Atlantic Scallops paired with parsnip puree and slow-braised collard greens.
Choose from classic entrees with a French twist, including Big Glory Bay Salmon served with maple & house butter glazed carrots, with carrot top chimichurri or Filet of Beef with ember roasted yam puree and foraged pink peppercorn aux pox. Finally, end your delicious meal on a sweet note with either a Dark Chocolate & Gianduja Tart with espresso cream, cocoa nibs and, sea salt or Bread Pudding topped with bourbon butterscotch sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
