Taste a lineup of wines selected by PATRIMONY Estate Director Erik Johnson, former Wine Director at The French Laundry, expertly paired alongside curated dishes by our Executive Chef, Derek Brooks. This intimate dinner and tasting experience will be guided by the PATRIMONY Estate team who will walk you through each wine and further explain the background, philosophy, and vision of their world-class winemaking approach.
