Edible Gardens

We are dedicated to a farm to table San Luis Obispo experience for our guests, so have designed and developed our Edible Gardens and Green Wall on the stunning open terrace level of Hotel Cerro. Along with herbs, our San Luis Obispo gardens grow fruit, vegetables and microgreens in raised beds. Bursting with produce from our Central Coast climate, our Edible Gardens provide herbs for salads, sauces, marinades, as well as an abundance of year-round fresh fruit and vegetables for our chefs.

We invite Hotel Cerro guests to relax on our sofas and chairs in the Edible Gardens on the second-floor and be immersed in the bounty of our region.
